The web site will provide a practical environment for the interaction of the membership at a task oriented level. The web site will accurately and energetically present the culture and resources of Cyber Village to our external audience. The web site will provide a "pretty good working example of ways that a loosely knit network of individuals and organizations can work together in a virtual environment; it will demonstrate to our clients the feasibility of working in this emerging mode and our skill at building an environment that will support it; it will be, in some sense, an experimental environment. What gets built will result from resources that we mutally volunteer. |
